  • Strategic Planning & Brand Development

    • Develop a 12-month marketing action plan for both the Mizter Rad brand and individual episode promotion

    • Create audience growth strategies targeting curious, future-minded individuals aged 20-50

    • Design content marketing frameworks that amplify the show's core message of hopeful futurism

    • Establish positioning strategies to differentiate from pessimistic future-focused content

    Audience Growth & Engagement

    • Implement multi-channel promotional campaigns to increase downloads and listenership

    • Develop community-building strategies around the themes of transhumanism vs. traditional spirituality

    • Create viral content strategies that make complex future topics accessible and inspiring

    • Build partnerships with thought leaders, futurist communities, and complementary brands

    Content Amplification

    • Design episode-specific promotional campaigns that highlight key insights and guests

    • Create multimedia content strategies (clips, quotes, visuals) for social platforms

  • Essential Qualifications

    • 3+ years of podcast marketing/promotion experience with proven growth results

    • Strategic thinking - ability to see beyond tactics to build comprehensive marketing ecosystems

    • Content marketing experience, particularly in educational/thought leadership spaces

    • Analytics proficiency - comfortable with podcast analytics, social media metrics, and ROI tracking

    • Experience marketing content related to science, technology, philosophy, or futurism

    • Personal branding expertise for thought leaders and podcast hosts

  • Guest Pipeline Management

    • Maintain publishing schedule - ensure we have confirmed guests for every 2-week episode release

    • Research and identify exceptional guests within specific topics requested by Mizter Rad

    • Curate a high-quality selection of thought leaders, scientists, innovators, and visionaries

    • Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential guests across all our core topics

    Outreach & Relationship Building

    • Craft authentic, creative outreach that cuts through the noise (no spam, ever)
